Manual Handling Awareness - A two-hour course suitable for all employees who may be involved in manual handling as any part of their duties. CIEH Principles of Manual Handling Certificate The content is similar to the above, but this course includes a short examination for the nationally-recognised Certificate of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Total duration approximately 2hrs 30 mins. Suitable for all employees who are required to carry out manual handling operations, and anyone involved in their supervision. Manual Handling Assessor Designed for all who may be required to conduct Manual Handling Assessments, especially managers and supervisors, the course provides step-by-step guidance on identifying risks, controlling them, and completing the requisite records to comply with the law. It is especially useful in helping to clarify whether a formal assessment is required. The normal duration of this course is 5 hours, click the link for a sample course outline.
