Q.Is the course cost per course or per person?
A.The cost shown is for running a complete course on your premises, typically for 5-20 staff. (So an awareness course for 20 staff could work out as little as £12.00+vat per person). If they take a CIEH qualification, the examination entry fee is charged per person, but the course cost is for the whole group.
Q. I can’t release all my staff for training at the same time, for operational reasons. Can you help?
A. We frequently deliver two or three sessions for the client on the same
day, either back-to-back or with a short interval. This often works well either side of a shift change. Because we only need to travel and set-up once, we can offer discounts on the normal course costs.
Q. I only need to train a small number of staff. Would the course price still be the same?
A. Because our time, travel and preparation are independent of the group size, larger groups will always be more cost-effective for the client.

A. Yes, please call. Much of the training we deliver is designed specifically for the individual client. There is no extra charge for this.
Q. Do you run open/public courses? I only want the training for myself.
A. Owing to the current demand for in-house training, we have no plans at present to offer open public courses. You may find such courses in your area by visiting www.cieh-coursefinder.com
