The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) is the UK's leading awarding body for vocational health & safety qualifications, with rigorous certification overseen by the Qualifications & Curriculum Authority (QCA)
Founded in 1883 and granted its Royal Charter in 1984, the CIEH is responsible for the training and professional development of over 8,000 Environmental Health Officers working in the UK and other parts of the world.
CIEH qualifications are recognised nationally, and in parts of the wider world.
